Last week, our newest Account Manager, Max Easterday, sat down with us and answered a few questions about his experience in marketing and shared a few fun facts about himself. He joined NHI in June 2015, and we are excited to have him join the team!
What drew you into digital marketing?
After deciding against Law school during my senior year of college, I began scrambling to find a plan B. I thought marketing and advertising seemed like a fun, exciting industry so I jumped at the chance to work for an agency. After seeing how fast-paced and ever-changing the digital landscape is, I knew I would never be bored and I have been fascinated by it ever since.
What other experience do you have in marketing?
I worked for a media agency for several years where I was doing media planning and account management for a variety of B2B and B2C clients. I spent a significant amount of time working in the B2B healthcare space creating traditional and digital media plans.
How did you get connected with Nina Hale, Inc.?
I connected with Allison on LinkedIn almost two years ago. We stayed in contact and finally the timing right for me to become part of the NHI team.
Where do you see Nina Hale, Inc. in five years?
Kicking ass and taking names by continuing to delight clients new and old with our results-driven, client-first mentality.
What is your go-to restaurant?
I have a crippling brunch addiction, but Sunday mornings aside, my go-to restaurant is Butcher & The Boar. It’s just the best.
Favorite movie, music, and current TV show binge?
Movie: The Departed. I love the cast, the soundtrack, and the accents.
Music: I’m a classic rock guy; I love Led Zeppelin, The Door, Pink Floyd, etc., but I also love all things Kanye.
TV show binge: 30 Rock. No matter how many times I watch it, I always laugh.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I live in NE Minneapolis and on the weekends I can be found walking my basset hound, Watson, around the neighborhood, hanging out at one of the many local breweries, or on a really good day hanging out at a brewery with Watson.
