Nina Hale’s Digital Breakfast 2018 Recap

On April 18, Nina Hale hosted its fourth annual Digital Breakfast to explore how marketers should be factoring in immediacy, accuracy, and innovation in 2018. This year’s event was bigger and better than ever. We had two amazing partners – Amazon and NinthDecimal  – join us at the incredible Walker Art Center.

What Did Nina Hale cover this year?

Nina Hale’s Kathleen Petersen (VP of Media), and Ashley Terpstra (Media Director) covered “the digital future of traditional media.” Our main takeaways for marketers in 2018?

  • The digital, traditional, and physical worlds are no longer separate
  • Consumer behavior and technology are evolving together
  • Traditional media is alive and well
  • Some inventory doesn’t exist at scale yet, so innovative brands are getting in early
  • Not everything is programmatic, but everything is becoming data-driven
  • Lean into innovation with your media dollars

Want to hear more about this topic?

In the coming months, we will be hosting a series of small, workshop-type events focused on the content covered yesterday in our (newly expanded!) office. Stay tuned for more details.

What did Our Partners Cover?

  • NinthDecimal‘s Brian Kilmer, Senior Vice President of Advanced Television Solutions, taught us how location data holds the key to omni-channel marketing solutions
  • Amazon Media Group’s Zach Johnson, Director of Advertising Sales and Global Accounts, explained how Amazon can fit into your digital marketing strategy today + in the future
