A hands-on leader with extensive experience in business insights and measurement, Mike Baranowski leads measurement + analytics at Nina Hale. In this role, he oversees the agency's analytics practice, expertly building complex measurement strategies and guiding clients through detailed cross-channel performance analyses. He also heads up Nina Hale's proprietary data integration and dashboard development process.
Prior to Nina Hale, Mike worked at Merrill Corporation where he helped develop the company's digital capabilities as it transitioned from print materials to software. Previous to that, Mike worked at Land O'Lakes in the company's 'Center of Excellence,' serving as a subject matter expert for all things digital.
