Combining her love of popular culture with her interests in measurement and immediate feedback, she was on the forefront of digital marketing by the early 2000s, working in several of the most trendsetting agencies in Minneapolis and making connections with future employees and clients.
In 2005 she founded Nina Hale Inc, growing from an independent consultant to a small business owner in a few short years. Widely recognized as a leader in SEO and SEM, Nina retains her enthusiasm for keyword research and still works on nitty-gritty tactical documents with some clients. She remains heavily invested in maintaining a thriving company culture while keeping business productive and profitable. She is on the board of trustees at the Walker Art Center and is a frequent speaker locally and nationally on trends related to internet marketing.
